Solution When the firewall is enabled, some of ports are needed to configure in the packet filter. The communication ports of MSN Messenger are 443/TCP, 1863/TCP and 7001/UDP. In this case, the outbound and inbound of the above ports should set "allowed". Then all MSN Messenger features would be working.
