30-DAYS UNCONDITIONAL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE TERMS

• Promotion Coverage
  Our promotion is valid for GeekADSL Promax Q11, Q12, Q31, Q32, Q51 and Q52 models. Any other model is not covered by this promotion.
• Promotion Period
  Promotion is valid between 1 April 2005 and 30 June 2006. Money back is not guaranteed if the product is purchased after 30 June 2006.
• Use of Terms
  Having purchased in promotion period, all covered products can be returned in 30 days if not satisfied. Return is not acceptable before 5 days trial period.
• Unconditional Money Back Terms
  Money back guarantee is valid in case of an unsatisfaction. The customer can only return the product back if s/he is not pleased with the performance of the product. The problems related to the customer because of misuse are not covered by money back guarantee. The guarantee is only valid for working products. It is not covered by Unconditional Money Back Guarantee if the product has lack of accessories, products not working, technical failures etc.
• Where to send the product and the documents
  The product and the documents should be delivered to the dealer of GEEK seen on the related invoice.
• Required documents for the return back
  For the money back to be processed, the following documents should be completely delivered:
  
  1. Original Copy of Invoice (It should be prepared for an individual or for a company)
  2. Warranty Card
  3. Included 'Unconditional Money Back Guarantee Form'
  4. A Copy of Identity Card. Para iadesi sadece faturada adý yazýlý olan kiþiye yapýlýr. Bu nedenle nüfus cüzdaný fotokopisi bu kiþiye ait olmalýdýr. Þirketler için vergi levhasý fotokopisi gerekmektedir. Para iadesi þirket yetkilisine yapýlacaktýr.
Money is paid only back to the person for whom invoice is prepared. Thus, the copy of the identity card should belong to the person which purchased the product.
• Money Back
  Money back process is completed in 3 days after delivering the product and the documents to the authorized dealer of GEEK. One person can only make a return back one time.
